  • No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history and manage your details in a more streamlined way.

  • Please opt to send yourself a login code via email. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.

  • Once you’re logged in, head to your Profile to update your name, email, shipping or billing addresses.

  • Yes. 776BC offers high performance CUSTOM teamwear for clubs, schools and crews around the world. You’ll work directly with our team to create gear tailored to your needs on and off the water. Learn more and get started here.

  • Yes. Minimums can vary by garment type, but most CUSTOM orders start at 9 units per style. Our team can advise based on your needs.

  • Timelines can depend on the design approval phase, but fully CUSTOM kit can take 8-10 weeks from artwork approval. 

  • Absolutely. Once your team’s design is on file, reorders are simple. We can also help you plan orders around your season. 

  • Whether you're mid-season or just starting to plan, we're here to support you. You can come to us with a full design brief or just a rough idea – our team will guide you through the process from wherever you’re at. We can kick things off with a call or over email, depending on what works best for you.

  • An order confirmation will be sent to your email address once your payment has been processed.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we can assist with cancellation or changes. Please contact our customer support team ASAP at info@776bc.com with “order cancel” in the subject line.  

    Our warehouse teams move quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.  

    Please note: If you’ve ordered through your team or club’s Club Shop, we cannot accept changes, cancellations or refunds after the Club Shop close date.

  • Please check your shipping confirmation for tracking details. If it’s been longer than expected, contact our customer support team, and we’ll help to resolve it.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

  • Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Australia.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on your location.

    For New Zealand and international orders, check DHL for the most accurate delivery estimates.

  • Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Orders placed on 776BC.com are processed in your local currency, depending on your location. Final pricing, shipping, duties, taxes and currency are shown at checkout.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you have 30 days to contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please see our Return Policy to check whether your item/s meet the criteria. 

     Please note: we cannot accept returns or apply refunds for CUSTOM or Club Shop items. Please contact your club directly to coordinate your next best option.  

  • We do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the new item/s and following the returns process for a refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in 5-10 days to your original payment method.

  • Yes. 776BC digital gift cards are available in your choice of value and can be purchased here. They are delivered via email and include instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

  • Enter your unique gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout. The value will be automatically applied to your order.  

    If the full amount isn’t used in one transaction, you will be emailed your remaining balance after checkout.

  • Yes. If your total order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

  • Enter it in the “Discount code or gift card” section of the checkout.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Check the terms and conditions of each offer.

  • Some collections are limited-run and won’t be restocked. Others are core products that we aim to keep available. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page.

  • UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor, and it measures how much UV radiation a fabric blocks from reaching your skin. 

     UPF 50+ is the equivalent to blocking 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays – the highest rating possible. 

    All of our UPF-rated garments are tested and certified to meet Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4399, the benchmark for sun protective clothing. We choose UPF 50+ fabrics to help athletes train longer, with confidence, under intense sun exposure.

  • Sun protective apparel is essential for athletes training and competing outdoors, especially in sports like rowing, where exposure to the elements is constant and prolonged. 

    Rowers spend hours on the water, often in direct sunlight with added UV reflection from the water’s surface. This means a higher risk of skin damage, heat stress, and long-term health issues like sunburn, premature ageing, or even skin cancer. 

    Wearing UPF-rated apparel offers built-in protection against harmful UV rays without compromising performance. It’s lightweight, breathable, and designed to move with you, so you can stay focused on your session, not the sun.

    Our Co-Founder Cameron McKenzie-McHarg is a 2-time Olympic rower and Beijing Silver Medallist. He leads product development with a deep understanding of what athletes need from their gear – because he’s worn, raced in, and trained it. 

    Cam works closely with our world-class design and product teams, and collaborates directly with national teams, Olympic athletes, World Champions, and the next generation of athletes from around the globe.  

    Together, they test, refine, and push every item in our range – ensuring it performs under pressure, holds up over time, and delivers in the moments that matter.

  • Every fabric we use is tested for purpose – our athlete-centred design and purpose-built fabrics deliver durability, breathability, and uninhibited movement. 

    We work closely with textile partners and athletes to ensure each garment performs in real-world conditions under the pressure of repeat training, not just in theory. 

  • Follow the care label on your garment or refer to the product pages for specific care instructions. But generally, cold machine wash with like colours. Avoid dry cleaning, tumble drying, bleach or ironing. Contact our customer support team if you have any specific care questions.

  • We stand by the quality of our gear. If your item arrives with a fault or is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos to help us assess the problem quickly. 

    Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll work with you on the best resolution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to us for assessment.

  • Absolutely, we bring a curated range of 776BC gear to each event, tailored to the location, season and scale of the event. Popular styles and sizes can sell out early, so we always recommend stopping by as soon as you can. 

  • We offer “Pick-Up at Event” as a delivery option for certain collections. When selected, we’ll have your order ready for collection from the 776BC Pop-Up during the event. 

  • Definitely. Events are a great opportunity to talk with our team about CUSTOM kit for your crew or club. Whether you’ve got a full design in mind or just want to understand how it works, we’re here to help. You can also book a follow-up call after the event if you need more time.
