For decades, the Melbourne Head Regatta has marked the return of racing season – a day that celebrates competition, connection, and the spirit of Australian rowing.
776BC is proud to announce a three-year partnership as the official Naming Sponsor of the Melbourne Head Regatta.
“The Melbourne Head is more than an event — it’s part of our story,” says 776BC co-founder and two-time Olympian Cameron McKenzie-McHarg. “Melbourne is the heartland of our brand, so what better way to get even closer to our roots and the Australian rowing community than by supporting this regatta. We’re excited to help grow it into the premier season opener for Australian rowing.”
As part of this partnership, 776BC will host a Pop-Up store at the event, along with outfitting all volunteers in 776BC Polos and rewarding all winners with 776BC Performance T-Shirts.
The collaboration highlights 776BC’s ongoing commitment to supporting the community and supporting athletes in their pursuit of performance, both on and off the water.
Together with Upper Yarra Rowing Club, 776BC is working to elevate the regatta over the next three years — expanding participation, enhancing the athlete zone and building the event’s profile as the true launch point of the national rowing calendar.
